Terms and Conditions for Ombre School of Aesthetics
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Ombre School of Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the individuals or entities (“you,” “your”) enrolling in any of our training courses. By booking a course, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings and Deposits
1.1. All bookings must be made through our official booking channels.
1.2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a course.
1.3. The balance of the course fee must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Deposits
2.1. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the training date.
2.2. If you cancel within this 14-day period, we will allow you to transfer your deposit to a future course date, subject to availability.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. If you cancel your course 7 days or less before the scheduled training date, no refunds will be issued.
3.2. If we cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3.3. Failure to attend a course without prior notice will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund or transfer will be given.
4. Course Changes
4.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the course content, structure, or trainers at any time.
4.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance where possible.
5. Certificates
5.1. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and are contingent on full payment of fees.
5.2. Certificates do not constitute a license to practice but signify training completed. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet local regulations and requirements to practice aesthetics.
6. Liability
6.1. Ombre School of Aesthetics is not liable for any injuries or damage sustained during training due to the misuse of products or failure to follow instructions.
6.2. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate insurance to practice aesthetics after completing training.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and presentations, remain the intellectual property of Ombre School of Aesthetics.
7.2. You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Data Protection
8.1. We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for course administration and communication.
8.2. We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. Ombre School of Aesthetics will not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes with us directly before pursuing legal action.
